What really matters: free cancellation periods between 7 and 30 days depending on the property, except for non-refundable bookings. A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking; this deposit is refundable within the free cancellation period. The remaining balance is due 2–3 days before arrival. All bookings require a damage deposit via credit card pre-authorization, which is released 2–3 days after departure. We need to collect basic ID information from each non Portuguese traveler in observance of Portuguese Immigration law- we will request these to you via a secure online check in, which must be completed prior to arrival.  Most properties in Lisbon are equipped with electronic locks.
