It has 3 large windows facing a pedestrian street, Rua do Carmo, giving the apartment plenty of light. The living area has a comfortable sofa and leads to a semi-separated kitchen area with a dining zone. The bathroom has a shower. The building has 2 elevators and is modern and comfortable. It is equipped with air conditioning and heating, as well as double-glazed windows. The bedroom beds can be prepared as 2 single beds or 1 king-size bed.
We provide soft bath towels, quality bedding, and premium amenities. The kitchen is fully equipped, with a washing machine, dryer, and dishwasher. We have a hairdryer for our guests.
Please note: The apartment is completely cleaned and sanitized before check-in. Check-in between 10 PM and 8 AM - 60 euros additional charge. Stays longer than 9 nights include weekly cleaning. We are located on a pedestrian street, and the closest point a car can reach is 50 meters from the entrance.
